Ordering & Delivery
Every Flavanti piece is made to order. Here is exactly what happens after you order.
Made to order
Every piece is a pre-order. It is crafted after your order and delivered within the window shown on the product page and in your order confirmation, currently 6 to 8 months from the date of your order.
Your edition number
Each design is limited to one hundred numbered pieces. Your number is assigned when payment is confirmed and appears on your order confirmation.
Your Certificate of Ownership
Every piece is registered to its owner. It is delivered with a personal Certificate of Ownership card bearing your name, the model and its edition number, confirming it as an original Flavanti.
Your Portafoglio
Every bag is accompanied by its matching Portafoglio, made in the same materials, at no additional charge.
Engraving
You may have a name or initials engraved free of charge. Engraved pieces are made for you alone; please see our returns policy for what this means.
If timing changes
If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will write to you before it passes with a revised date. You may then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund of the amount paid.
If an edition does not proceed
If a design does not enter production, every client who ordered it receives a full refund of the amount paid.
Shipping
Pieces ship fully insured with signature on delivery within the United States. [Carrier, cost and international options.]
